Bloc Party Frontman Brawls With Johnny Rotten

More details are coming to light about a brawl between Bloc Party frontman Kele Okereke and the Sex Pistol's Johnny Rotten (plus members of his entourage).  It all went down last Saturday at Spain's Summercase festival, with Okereke calling it an "unprovoked racist attack".

Okereke endured "severe facial bruising" and a "split lip" after he approached Rotten backstage inquiring about his old band, Public Image Ltd.  According to Okereke, Rotten became aggressive and unleashed a racist attack that included the statement, "your problem is your black attitude".  The fight that ensued also included Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson and Foals singer, Yannis Philippakis.  Festival security broke things up and the incident was reported to the police.

Rotten blames the entire incident on "jealousy".
