All I Want For Christmas Is... The Best Albums of 2005
by Little Saint Nick | 00.00.0000

So it's that time of year again, busting out the mistletoe, dreaming of the newest edition iPOD, and taking just a moment to reflect on all the music that was in the year gone by.

We hear a lot of it. We wax lyrical, we indulge in lengthy discourse and discussion on a daily basis about the merits of this and the disappointments of that. And come December the challenge arises for us to step up to the plate and narrow it down to the best of the bunch. Our "top ten favorite albums of 2005".

Of course, we're really thorough in our retrospection (not to mention really busy duking it out between each other as to which album is going on to who's list and who discovered it first!) so we're starting off this month-long onslaught of Top 10 lists with those of our favorite artists.

We'll add 2-3 new lists each day so be sure to check back.

And, well... we're not one to pat ourselves on the back, but frankly this year we deserve a deep tissue massage. Check out Filter's very own Top 10 of 2005 right here.
