It's that time of year again! We've packed away our iPODs, stereos, headsets and boomboxes and we're heading down to Texas to see it all happen live!

SXSW is one of our favorite calendar events and the Filter posse is out and about in full force this week, running around the streets of Austin attempting to catch as much music as physically possible - while partaking in the occasional Shiner Bock with the locals.

In between choosing which dresses to wear, Penny and Dani grabbed a moment to give a quick run down of some of Filter's special guests this year at Cedar Street Courtyard, including a sneak preview of the new Morrissey album, an intimate Q&A with Wayne Coyne of Flaming Lips, some good rocking with the Duke Spirit, Metric and Nine Black Alps, music from Penny's favorite Aussie highlight band of SXSW 2005 and the inside word on where to find the best BBQ!
