Buy MORRISSEY's house, as it's now on the market. No word on where the Mozzer is moving and why. Perhaps too many Morrissey fans are familiar with it. Go hereif you want to request a showing or make an offer. *IDLEWILD's Warnings/Promises has been pushed back to September 6, which now means the band's Boston show at the Paradise that night is technically a CD release party. *DEPECHE MODE's first album in four years will be released on October 18 in the US. The disc is titled Playing the Angel, with a US commercial single from the song "Precious" will be available on October 4. The song is currently in rotation on British Accents radio. *After years of rumors and cancelled dates, MUSE's Origin of Symmetry will finally be released in the US on September 20. And while US fans are digesting old music, the band are finishing work on their 4th studio album to be released in 2006. *Get wrapped up in a book about BELLE & SEBASTIAN - "Just a Modern Rock Story" is the first book about the reclusive Glasgow-based band. You can buy it on Amazon here *BAUHAUS are planning a major fall US tour that starts out west - October 25 & 26 at SF's Warfield, November 11 & 12 at the Nokia Theatre Times Square in NYC, and November 13 at Boston's Orpheum. *GOLDRUSH, who are best known in the US for serving as MARK GARDENER's backing band during recent American tours, will be Mark-free and playing their own material at TT the Bear's on September 13. It's almost worth buying again as those two songs are better than most of the album. *Clap your hands and say "Nooooo!" - hot newcomers CLAP YOUR HANDS SAY YEAH's September show at TT the Bear's is now sold out. *BRIGHT EYES have announced a big fall US tour stopping at some lesser known venues - they'll be in Portland, ME, Northampton, MA, and Concord NH in the New England area and Jersey City in the NYC area.
