Introducing TV Eyes - Falkner, Manning and Reitzell Reunite

Los Angeles pop trio TV Eyes reunites Jason Falkner (solo artist, Air, Jellyfish) with former band mate Roger Joseph Manning Jr. (Beck, Air, Jellyfish, Moog Cookbook) and Brian Reitzell (Air, Redd Kross) for a stunning musical collaboration that mixes the synth rock of New Order, Gang of Four, Killing Joke and Gary Numan with more modern touches and "timeless" pop songwriting.

TV Eyes have just released their first 12" single, "She's a Study" on Emperor Norton Records. "She's a Study" is a mix of synths that reminds you of the time when new-wave dominated the airwaves. By incorporating hooks and lyrics that have been a staple in Falkner, Manning and Reitzell's past efforts, the resulting sound is a variant of the classic new wave coaxed into a dance vision of the late '70s. TV Eyes have managed to place this sound in a completely new context with their sonic guitars, live percussion, and layered vocal harmonies to create pop perfection.

The single's b-side "She Gets Around," is a 7 minute dance floor hit that will be the soundtrack to your next late night out. This is the track that DJs will start their set off with to get the crowd moving.
